Welcome
The time I spend on my yoga mat is the time I practise to be in my body instead of in my head. I practise feeling instead of thinking, and to guide my awareness down to my heart. I practise to be mindful, to bring some of that mindfulness with me to the rest of my day.
I remember the first time I attended a yoga class and learned how to take a full breath. I felt a huge shift and felt like I could think clearer. I started introducing yoga and meditation to my morning routine and found myself being more focused, present and mindful of my thoughts & actions throughout my entire day.
This space is intended to make yoga and meditation easy to access on your computer or smartphone, wherever you are.
Membership
As a member you have full access to the growing collection of audio files with guided meditations and videos of yoga classes. The sessions range from 5 to 45 minutes and are a mix of Soft Flow, Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. The intention of the sessions are for you to either begin your day with a mindful morning routine, or to give yourself a reset at any time of the day.
The classes are recorded in Costa Rica, in both Swedish and English and are updated weekly. As a member, you will also have access to weekly updated blog posts, with inspiration for a mindful life.
